About RodiaxEngineering Predictability
Rodiax Innovations LLP is an industrial technology company focused on condition monitoring and predictive maintenance. We design and build sensing hardware and analysis software purpose-built for real refinery and industrial environments.
Our Story
Rodiax Innovations was founded to address a specific gap in industrial maintenance: the difficulty of moving from reactive and schedule-based maintenance to genuinely predictive approaches in facilities where cloud connectivity is restricted or unreliable.
Our team came together at the Centre for Innovation, Technology Transfer and Industrial Collaboration (CITTIC) at the CUSAT Technology Business Incubator in Kochi, where the company is currently based. Early prototype work was validated in field deployments with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) at their Kochi refinery, where our sensors recorded vibration data during a Delayed Coker Unit (DCU) campaign in Phase 3.
The validation campaign data became the foundation for our analysis software, Rodiax Data Studio. Hardware calibration was completed at the Fluid Control Research Institute (FCRI) in Palakkad, providing independent technical validation of our measurements.
Where We Are
CITTIC, CUSAT TBI Kochi
Rodiax Innovations is incubated at the Centre for Innovation, Technology Transfer and Industrial Collaboration (CITTIC) at the Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) Technology Business Incubator. The incubator supports deep-tech startups developing hardware and IP-intensive products for industrial applications.
