Can I evaluate Rodiax Data Studio before purchasing?
Yes — for enterprise deployments, we offer a paid pilot engagement that includes device deployment, data collection, and delivered analysis. Contact sales to discuss a pilot for your facility.
What happens when my subscription ends?
If you don't renew, the application stops allowing new analyses. Existing output files remain accessible — Excel, HTML plots, and PNG outputs already on disk continue to work.
Do you offer pilots or proof-of-concept arrangements?
Yes. For larger industrial customers, we offer paid pilot deployments with both hardware and software. Contact us to discuss.
What about GST?
Quotes are issued exclusive of GST. Final invoices include GST at the applicable rate (typically 18% for software services in India). We can issue invoices to your registered GST number.
